We reserve the right to remove ANY merchandise at the market that is not listed in the description.

 

NOTE: If providing food samples, please be prepared to comply with the City of Beaumont's Temporary Food Permit requirements. You will be responsible for having items required to pass an inspection. The temporary permit will be supplied by the Junior League of Beaumont through the City of Beaumont.

 

To be considered for the market, please provide 3 COLOR PHOTOS of your booth set-up from a previous show.

Booth Information

Booth Fee will include: one 8ft table, two chairs, one electrical outlet (if requested), pipe/drape around booth, vendor identification/signs, and business listing on JLB website. Additional needs will be addressed in the Vendor Contract.

Electrical outlets have to be requested PRIOR to market with this application before the deadline of OCTOBER 1, 2019. Booths will not be given electricity options
without this request. If application is sent in after the deadline, a $30.00 per outlet charge will be added to your fees.

 

 

A $300 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE WITH THIS APPLICATION. If selected, this deposit will be applied toward your booth rental
fee and you will receive the Merchant Agreement for your review. Merchants not selected will be refunded their deposit.
